Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs as instructed. Assist patients with medication reminders (as directed by healthcare professionals). Help patients move safely and prevent falls. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient's surroundings. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse or coordinator. Assist in basic nursing procedures under supervision. Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times. Maintain accurate patient care records and reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
