Job Summary
The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key customer relationships in the retail interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, retail project sales, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into projects, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, franchise owners, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized retail interior and fit-out solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and business reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Prior experience in Retail Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, Modular Furniture, Retail Fixtures, Display Solutions, Construction, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Experience in handling corporate and retail clients.

- Strong network within the retail and interior industry.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
