- Opening of new Branches and upkeep of existing ones
- Ensuring timely agreements are in place with the Vendors
- Manage Stationary, Housekeeping and Security
- Overseeing and managing office operations and procedures.
- Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks.
- Managing office budgets and expenses.
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring efficiency.
- Developing and implementing office policies ( SOPs ) and procedures.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
