About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Tele Caller to join our real estate team in Chennai. This is an urgent requirement. If you enjoy talking to people, follow up like a pro, and want to grow in the real estate space, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Explain property options, projects, and offers clearly over the phone
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate call records
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Build rapport with customers and handle queries patiently
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele Caller (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Confident phone presence and good convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records
- Comfortable working at head office in Choolaimedu, Chennai
Work Schedule
- Sunday working with rotational week off provided
