Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field work, references, and marketing campaigns
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain project details clearly to customers
- Arrange and attend site visits with clients
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Coordinate with the documentation and registration team
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Ability to convince and close deals
- Field work and customer handling experience
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Real estate experience preferred)
- Gender: Male/Female
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
