DevOps Engineer (0-2 Years of Experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD
implementation, and deployment automation. The ideal candidate will contribute to building
scalable, secure, and highly available environments while improving development and release
efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Implement and manage AWS-based deployment pipelines.
Create and maintain Custom VM-based deployment workflows.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment processes.
Monitor infrastructure, applications, and deployment health.
Troubleshoot production and non-production environments.
Collaborate with developers to improve release velocity and platform reliability.
Implement security best practices across CI/CD and cloud environments.
Support containerization and orchestration initiatives.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
Educational Qualification:
BE/BTech/MCA or an equivalent technical qualification.
Must-have skills:
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
Experience building and managing AWS deployment pipelines.
Experience working with Custom VM-based CI/CD pipelines.
Linux system administration skills.
Scripting experience using Bash, Shell, or Python.
Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
Experience with version control and branching strategies.
Good to have:
Exposure to Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch).
Familiarity with StackGen Aiden AI Agent and AI-powered DevOps automation.
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security scanning tools.
Exposure to SaaS platform deployments and microservices architecture.
