We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our real estate sales team as Telecallers. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting residential/commercial properties in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain property details and project features clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/system
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
