Role Overview:
We are looking for confident and result-driven Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and prospects
- Explain products/services clearly and handle objections
- Generate leads and follow up on interested customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)

Pay: ₹9,230.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
