- Track courier expenditure across all lanes (inbound and outbound) and maintain a detailed cost log.
- Analyse courier data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, or underutilized contracts.
- Evaluate multiple courier/logistics vendors and recommend preferred partners based on cost and performance.
- Negotiate rate contracts with courier companies and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments or shift to more economical modes of dispatch.
- Report courier cost savings and performance metrics monthly
