Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily functioning, staff supervision, and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, duty schedules, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and material usage.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Control operational costs and improve profitability.
- Train and motivate employees for better performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
