About the Role
Adotrip is looking for a customer-focused Travel Executive with expertise in Amadeus GDS, flight ticketing, and reservations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to deliver a seamless travel experience while efficiently managing domestic and international flight bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Amadeus GDS.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and process refunds for airline tickets.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel requirements.
- Provide accurate flight options, fare quotations, and travel itineraries.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, rescheduling, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking confirmations and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel policies.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare operational reports.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized customer service throughout the travel journey.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in flight ticketing and travel operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing, fare rules, refunds, reissues, and cancellations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer interaction and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Galileo or Sabre GDS will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of visa assistance and travel insurance is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
