Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works including foundations, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other related works.
- Check measurements and verify completed work as per site requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned department for timely availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates regarding project progress, delays, and site requirements.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Ensure housekeeping and proper organization of the construction site.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant on-site construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers effectively.
- Knowledge of site measurements and basic quantity estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site activities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, technically sound, and capable of independently managing day-to-day civil site activities. The candidate should have good leadership and communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, vendors, and management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
