We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and organized candidate who can effectively handle Operations, Customer Support, Telecalling, E-commerce Coordination, and Digital Marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
- Support daily business operations and internal coordination.
- Maintain customer databases, records, and operational documents.
- Perform routine office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Assist with basic accounts documentation and record maintenance.
Customer Support & Telecalling
- Conduct telecalling to new and potential customers to introduce company products and services.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and business partners.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
E-commerce & Order Management
- Assist in processing online orders received through e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate dispatch, delivery tracking, and customer updates.
- Follow up on order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory coordination related to online sales.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in creating social media posts, basic promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
- Support digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing partners when required.
- Monitor online enquiries and respond promptly.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms for productivity and content support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
