- Control entry points, issue visitor passes, and screen individuals to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Swiftly respond to medical emergencies, physical altercations, and alarms, utilizing verbal de-escalation skills to manage agitated patients or visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of hospital buildings, parking lots, and perimeters to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing. Monitor CCTV feeds for suspicious activity.
- Execute disaster response codes and fire drills, and assist clinical staff with emergency patient evacuations.
- Write incident reports, maintain visitor/patrol logs, and conduct security inspections of life-safety equipment like fire extinguishers.
- Enforce patient data confidentiality, enforce traffic/parking regulations, and liaise with local law enforcement or fire departments during emergencies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
