Job Responsibilities – Production Incharge (FMCG Packaging)
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure timely packing of pulses, peanuts, and oats as per Tata's quality and packaging standards.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the planning, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Supervise machine operations and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Monitor product quality throughout the packing process and coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime by implementing effective process controls.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and daily production reports.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the engineering team to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Train and guide production operators and packing staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper material handling, inventory control, and accurate batch traceability.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with Tata's customer requirements, audits, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and take corrective actions to improve production performance.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping (5S) standards within the production area.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics departments for uninterrupted production.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
