Job Description: Position Title : Data Analyst Total Experience : Minimum 2 years required Location : Mangalore Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM or as per job demand or requirement Job Type: Full Time *Role Description:* Provide reporting on all on-going procurement & supply chain activities status with Live Dashboard and Visuals. *Reporting PR/PO status *Delivery Status. *Inbound/Outbound shipments status. *Good Receipts ( GR ) status. *Payment Status. Uses various Statistical Methods & Tools like Advance Excel and Power BI to provide the various Analytics to the Supply Chain Team leader. Comfortable in fulfilling ad-hoc & sudden data analytical requirements from operations & supply management and completes the assigned tasks with a sense of urgency and pro-activeness. *Qualifications:* Candidates should have advance skills on below; Hands On Experience in Advance Excel, Data Analytics, Power BI, Latest Analytics tools and Reporting. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and management (Advance Excel, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, PowerPoint ). Power Point Presentation. Excellent digital literacy and a technical proficiency that includes significant data gathering skills, expertise, interpretation, and reporting. Experience with live interacting reporting tool, preferably integrated with SAP.
