Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and testing processes for web, e-commerce, and mobile applications.
Perform and oversee manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Validate business-critical workflows, especially e-commerce features such as checkout, payments, promotions, refunds, and order management.
Conduct non-functional testing, including performance, security, usability, accessibility, and compatibility testing.
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze quality metrics and provide release readiness and risk assessments.
Collaborate with Product, Development, Design throughout the Agile/Scrum process.
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.
Support project/production releases, post-release validations, and root cause analysis for issues.
