Lunettes Lifestyle is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing our tax compliance processes. Education: Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com), CA Inter, Other similar accounting degrees,
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a core accounting role.
1. Tax Compliance: Manage end-to-end GST and TDS filing processes, including preparation, reconciliation, and timely submission of returns.
2. General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
3. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor vendor payments, manage invoices, and ensure accurate tracking of receivables.
5. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data.
6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Expert-level knowledge of GST and TDS filing. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, ERPs). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within strict deadlines.
