- Ecommerce Warehouse Experience a must
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.
- Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets
- Play a key managerial role of supporting the FC head with excellence in execution
- Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange and plan out warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train the team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Continuously look for improvements to operations
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations'
