Job Description
As a Supervisor at IP Travel Lines Car Rental Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the IP Travel lines car fleet at the Hotel, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of transportation services to guests.
Fleet Management:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the IP Travel lines car fleet at the Hotel, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and inventory management.
Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and in good working condition, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Monitor vehicle utilization and availability to meet guest demand and optimize fleet efficiency.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests renting vehicles, assisting with reservations, vehicle selection, and rental agreements.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Ensure that guests receive clear instructions on vehicle operation, safety guidelines, and return procedures.
Staff Training and Supervision:
Train and supervise car drivers, to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to drive continuous improvement.
Fleet Maintenance and Safety:
Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections for the car fleet, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns or incidents, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed to minimize guest inconvenience.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, vehicle maintenance, and inventory levels, utilizing rental management software or systems.
Generate reports on fleet performance, rental revenue, utilization rates, and customer feedback, providing insights to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required for a Supervisor position.
- Previous experience in fleet management, car rental services, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building positive guest relationships.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and rental industry best practices.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications used for fleet management and rental operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
