We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can handle complete social media operations for our brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, influencer marketing campaigns, content planning, paid advertisements, brand collaborations, and overall online brand growth.
The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, influencer outreach, performance marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management
- Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interaction.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and connect with relevant influencers and creators.
- Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
- Coordinate product dispatch and campaign execution with influencers.
- Track influencer performance and maintain campaign reports.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
Paid Advertisement Management
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Manage ad campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and sales.
- Monitor ad budgets, ROAS, CPC, CPM, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives and copies.
Content & Brand Growth
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Suggest trending content ideas and viral marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain reports for social media growth and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Social Media Management / Influencer Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital trends.
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or content creation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with understanding of viral and trend-based content.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with influencer outreach tools/platforms.
- Knowledge of Amazon/E-commerce branding is an advantage.
- Understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience working with agencies or D2C brands preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
