URGENT HIRING – COMMIS I / COMMIS II
Location: Navi Mumbai Airport
Department: Food Production / Kitchen Operations
We are looking for passionate and energetic Commis I, Commis II, and Commis III to join our culinary team at Navi Mumbai Airport.
Cuisine Requirements:
Indian/tandoor Cuisine
South Indian Cuisine
Chaat
Gujarati Cuisine
Mexican Cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.
Perform mise en place and food preparation activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements:
Experience in relevant cuisine preferred.
Hotel Management graduates/freshers can apply for Commis III.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
