Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Trivandrum
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance customer experience at our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and ensure a smooth showroom experience
- Handle customer enquiries (in-store, phone & WhatsApp)
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups for offers & schemes
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, and events
- Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support sales team in improving customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum +2 / Degree
- Experience in customer service / front office preferred
- Strong communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives
