- Subject Matter Expertise:
o Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS
o Hands-on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications

- Problem Resolution and Functional Knowledge:
o Deriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in P2P/O2C Cycle
o Good functional knowledge of any two modules of Oracle Applications from GL, AR, and AP is a must.
o Have worked on Standard and Custom interfaces.
- Collaboration and Support:
o Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones, open for rotational night shifts.
o Supporting key business processes/activities including Month end and Year end support activities to Business users
o Partners with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
- Documentation and Design:
o Proficient in writing/updating Functional Design Documents
o Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis, and preparation of functional/Technical Design documents.
- Issue Resolution and System Maintenance:
o Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur.
o Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
o Triaging and analyzing application, data, and upstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action.
o Debug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solutions to users and management.
- Process Improvement and Project Management:
o Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance.
o Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
o Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology.
o Collaborate with non-ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable, and scalable solutions.
o Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents, and Unit test documents for the related areas.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
- Incident and Change Management:
o Manage incident management, transition, and change management activities.
o Ensure that all deliverables from offshore are as per the quality guidelines.
o Ensure audit compliance in projects as per the defined process framework, closure of NC’s.
o Conduct and lead RCAs for deviations (effort/schedule variance, post-production defects, non-compliances reported in audits & SLA misses) and identify preventive and corrective actions.
o Ensure process adherence and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify and assess project risks and issues.
o Develop and implement mitigation plans.
o Escalate critical issues to senior management.
o Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status updates.
o Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication:
o Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
o Ensure project managers and teams have the necessary information and support.
o Communicate project status and changes to relevant parties.
o Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes.
o Recommend and implement improvements to increase project efficiency.
o Stay up to date with industry best practices.
