AISP Project Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Finishing Engineer for Building, Hospitality & Mall Projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing all finishing activities while ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all finishing works including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors, windows, and interior finishes.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve site execution and finishing-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in Building, Hospitality, Mall, Commercial, or High-Rise Construction Projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, QA/QC, and site execution.
