Job Description
Shall be responsible for designing and implementing a suitable PMS system for the group companies by understanding the company’s business goals
Coordinating with Department and division heads to understand the job profiles and performance measures
Driving monthly appraisals for new joiners, quarterly appraisals for existing staff in coordination with HODS, and documenting the same.
Designing simple and effective PMS system and making necessary modifications according to the problems faced during the implementation process.
Understanding the JDs and capable of making KRA & KPIs
Induction of Balance Score Card
Conducting PMs workshops, KRA formulation meetings
Designing effective Performance MIS and communicating to the top management
Time to time appraisal of the employees and communicating to the HODs and counseling the employees to improve the performance with the coordination of the concern heads.
Maintaining the performance records and growth plans of the employees.
Desired candidature / Skills
Expertise on PMS tools, knowledge with capability of applying the same in situations to produce results
Ability to quickly understand the needs of situation and take timely actions Leadership qualities for managing project teams effectively, efficiently and meeting time deadlines.
Functional Expertise with thorough understanding of business processes, System Exposures
Ability to grasp technology capabilities and applications.
