This position is required for handling Projects. This position requires tool knowledge on software like CATIAV5, SOLIDEDGE, SOLIDWORKS, CREO. BusinessNeed/PurposeofRole:
Determine and define projects cope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stake holders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Responsible for team building: Training, retaining, identifying talent, coordinating with Human Resources
Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution. Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
Conducting post project evaluation and identifying project elements
Responsible for monthly targets, invoicing and getting payment from customers. Able Design and Manufacturing Private Limited Core Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
Minimum 5years’ experience in handling a team size of 5 to15members. 2 to 3years of experience in manufacturing, purchase activities, vendor development and product development will be preferred. Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, good communication skills and manufacturing knowledge will be preferred.
