Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, financial reporting and statutory compliance for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger, journal entries and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports for management.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory return filings.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
- Guide and review the work of junior accounts staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com; MBA Finance or semi-qualified CA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of core accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience handling audits and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
