Key Responsibilities
Front Office Operations
- Assign rooms based on availability and guest preferences.
- Maintain front desk records, bills, receipts, and ensure accurate payment collection.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest needs.
Communication & Coordination
- Answer phone calls efficiently and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Communicate guest feedback and special requests to relevant teams.
- Assist in managing arrivals, departures, and in-house guest lists.
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare daily reports: occupancy, arrivals, departures, and revenue summaries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk environment.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hotel/resort experience preferred).
- Proficiency in PMS software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Professional grooming and etiquette.
