Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automation systems, fixtures, and conveyors.
- Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Prepare manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and design documentation.
- Coordinate with production, assembly, and project teams.
- Support machine installation and commissioning activities when required.
- Modify and improve existing machine designs.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD (2D Drafting).
- SolidWorks (3D Modeling and Assembly).
- Engineering drawing reading and interpretation.
- Knowledge of machine design fundamentals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SPM and automation machine design.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and machine components.
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerances.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
