About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in commercial interior projects such as offices, retail spaces, showrooms, and corporate environments. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial interiors
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentations for client approvals
- Work on AutoCAD, (SketchUp & 3D mandatory)or similar software
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure design accuracy
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and specifications
- Stay updated with latest commercial design trends and materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior standards and space utilization
- Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.)
- Good understanding of materials, execution processes, and site coordination
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience in office interiors, retail design, or corporate projects
- Exposure to turnkey projects
- Knowledge of vendor management and costing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
