Sree Gokulam Motors is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge for our new TATA.ev store. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, providing information about our electric vehicles, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers and guests
- Offer refreshments and make guests / customers comfortable
- Assign CA and ensure customer is attended within 3 miniutes of arrival
- Ensure proper upkeep of Showroom / Display vehicles / Brochures and POP items
- Give basic information to the prospect if required
- Maintain Walkin enquiries register and update
- Capturing the basic customer details and handing the prospect details to the respective Sales Managers for reassigning to Customer Advisors.
- Courier receiving & Maintains the register
- Newspaper record keeping & maintaining
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Attend to all telephone calls and assign leads to CA
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure Tele enquiries are attended to and Test Drives / Visits done
- To communicate effectively to customers basic information on products, services and associated prices and thereby meet Gokulam customer satisfaction standards.
- To ensure front office is maintained clean AT ALL TIMES
- To ensure all telephone messages are promptly delivered to the recipients
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HOD
Qualifications
- Candidates with Bachelor's Degree will be given preference.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Presentable and well-groomed, reflecting the professional and polished image of our store.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,232.92 per month
