Job Description – Executive Assistant (Real Estate)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in the real estate industry to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating with internal departments, external stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities while ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, legal teams, consultants, sales, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, presentations, and executive dashboards.
- Draft and manage official correspondence, business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate client meetings, investor meetings, vendor discussions, and internal review meetings.
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and action items.
- Handle confidential business information and sensitive documents with complete discretion.
- Maintain records of agreements, approvals, project documentation, and executive files.
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for meetings, documentation, and follow-ups as required.
- Organize business events, site visits, leadership meetings, and corporate functions.
- Support senior management with administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in the real estate industry.
- Experience supporting CXOs, Directors, or Promoters of a real estate organization.
- Strong understanding of real estate business operations, project coordination, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.

- Experience working with luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
