We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our B2B business growth in the 3P Cosmetics & Personal Care manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management within the FMCG /Beauty & Personal care sector. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and the ability to forge strong partnerships to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in BD & NPD in Purchase Department
- Strong industry connections and network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive business growth and innovation
- Effective client handling and relationship management skills
Qualifications & other Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, Email writing and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite will be advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
