Position: Team Leader – Credit
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Payday Loans
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Credit Team
Review and approve loan applications as per company policies
Ensure portfolio quality and risk management
Monitor team productivity and performance
Train and mentor team members on credit assessment and underwriting
Maintain TAT, compliance, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Payday Loans / Personal Loans Credit Operations
Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and risk assessment
Team handling experience preferred
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
