Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our team at Rebel Chat. The ideal candidate should have basic communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers through chat support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and processes while handling chats.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customers.
Requirements
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing skills are preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift Details
- Rotational Shifts
- Sunday Fixed Off
- Saturday may be a Half Day (depending on business requirements)
