We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our institute for offline in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of various digital marketing domains and a knack for teaching. You will be responsible for training students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs, helping them gain hands-on experience through live projects and practical assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, practical classroom lectures on core digital marketing topics (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, Web Analytics, etc.).
- Guide students through practical lab sessions, live campaign setups, and real-time project implementations.
- Update and refine the training curriculum based on the latest industry trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Evaluate students' assignments, conduct periodic tests, and provide constructive feedback on their performance.
- Mentor students and prepare them for digital marketing interviews, portfolio creations, and industry certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Job Mode: Strict Offline (In-Person) training. Candidates must be available at the institute location.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or working as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive with a passion for teaching.
- Core Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO (On-page/Off-page), WordPress website building, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Canva.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to explain complex marketing terms in a simple, practical manner.
