Job Title: Customer Service Executives – US Voice Process
Location: DN Nagar, Andheri (West), Mumbai (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: US Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA) + Uncapped Incentives
About the Role
We are urgently hiring dedicated and clear-spoken Candidates for two distinct, high-growth international (US) voice process.
Operating out of our modern facility in DN Nagar, Andheri (West), you will be the voice of our company for US clients—delivering excellent customer service and/or driving sales.
Positions Available
1. Customer Service Representative (US Voice)
- Focus: Customer Satisfaction, Query Resolution & Retention
- Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing inquiries, account updates, service support, and resolution of complaints.
- Deliver empathetic, active-listening support while maintaining international quality standards.
- De-escalate customer concerns calmly and negotiate solutions within company policy.
- Accurately log customer interactions and account statuses in CRM software and MS Excel.
2. Sales Representative (US Voice)
- Focus: Revenue Generation, Pitching & Closing Deals
- Responsibilities:
- Engage with US customers to pitch product offerings, closing value-added packages.
- Confidently address objections, establish value propositions, and close sales calls effectively.
- Securely handle online payment authorizations and execute billing transactions.
- Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets to earn high incentives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in an International US Voice Process (BPO experience mandatory).
- Location: Must currently reside in Mumbai Suburbs (manageable daily commute to DN Nagar).
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills with a clean, neutral accent and high confidence.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook Email.
- Shift Availability: Absolute readiness to work fixed US Night Shift (9:00PM to 6:00AM)
- Qualifications: Open to Higher Secondary (12th Pass) and Graduates in any stream.
