Job Title: Concrete Plant Operator / Batching Plant Operator

Job Summary
The Concrete Plant Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the batching plant to ensure accurate, safe, and timely production of concrete as per approved mix designs and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the concrete/batching plant safely and efficiently.
- Operate control panels and monitor the automated/manual batching process.
- Follow approved mix designs and production instructions.
- Ensure accurate batching of cement, aggregates, sand, water, and admixtures.
- Monitor plant equipment, mixers, conveyors, hoppers, and other machinery during operation.
- Check weighing systems and report any abnormal readings or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for concrete quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team and concrete mixer drivers for timely loading and delivery.
- Maintain daily production, batching, and plant operation records.
- Identify equipment abnormalities and immediately report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the plant.
- Ensure proper housekeeping around the batching plant.
- Follow all company safety rules and use required PPE.
- Ensure that production targets are achieved without compromising quality or safety.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma preferred.
- Technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Batching Plant/RMC Plant Operator preferred.
- Experience with computerized or automatic batching plants is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of concrete batching plant operations.
- Basic understanding of concrete raw materials and mix designs.
- Ability to operate control panels and batching systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
