1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Hiring of operators, staff, trainees and contract employees.
- Conduct joining formalities and induction programs.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
2. Attendance & Payroll
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Verify overtime and shift details.
- Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF).
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Factories Act
- PF & ESI Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain cordial relations with workers and staff.
- Support union matters and maintain industrial peace.
5. Contract Labour Management
- Monitor contractor compliance.
- Verify contractor bills, attendance and wage payments.
- Ensure PF and ESI compliance of contract workers.
6. Training & Employee Engagement
- Organize induction and skill development programs.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Implement reward and recognition programs.
7. HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters and warning letters.
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.
8. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly HR reports.
- Monitor absenteeism, attrition and overtime.
- Maintain HR dashboards and KPI reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
