- General Administration: Drafting memos, preparing reports, sorting mail, and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Office Coordination: Ensuring office supplies are stocked, coordinating facility repairs, and managing meeting room schedules.
- Vendor & Travel Management: Assisting with travel bookings, managing ticket arrangements, and coordinating with facility vendors.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is usually preferred.
- Experience: Typically ranges from 0 to 5 years depending on the seniority of the role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good keyboarding/drafting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
