Key Responsibilities
Assist Merchandisers in handling buyer orders from development to shipment.
Follow up with fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers.
Coordinate with sampling, production, quality, and sourcing teams.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and merchandising reports.
Monitor sample development and approval status.
Track fabric and trim deliveries to ensure on-time production.
Update buyers and internal teams on order progress.
Maintain product costing and order-related documentation.
Support in arranging lab dips, fit samples, PP samples, and shipment samples.
Ensure all approvals are received before bulk production.
Assist in solving day-to-day production and sourcing issues.
