We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and hiring timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/job portals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
