Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain candidate records.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
