Job Title: Accountant (4–5 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Handle general ledger entries and maintain accurate accounting records
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Improve accounting systems and procedures for efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- B.COM/ M.COM/ MBA (Finance)
- 4–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
