About the Role
Pentium Construction is looking for an experienced and organized Admin Manager to oversee and manage the company's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions, coordinating with various departments, managing facilities and support services, and implementing administrative policies that enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage office facilities, assets, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance for effective performance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, company events, and employee logistics.
- Monitor office budgets, expenses, and procurement activities.
- Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, and important documentation.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding, employee records, attendance monitoring, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, management, and external stakeholders to support business operations.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and administrative communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and facility management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Budget management and cost-control experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with HR and compliance-related administrative functions.
