Job Summary
BM Concept School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Teacher to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy living among students. The Sports Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting physical education classes, coaching students in various sports, organizing school sports events, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students during all physical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging Physical Education (PE) classes for students of different age groups.
- Teach the rules, techniques, and skills of various indoor and outdoor sports.
- Develop students' physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and supervise sports activities, competitions, annual sports day, and inter-school tournaments.
- Identify and encourage talented students for advanced sports training and competitions.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during all sports and physical activities.
- Inspect and maintain sports equipment, playgrounds, and other sports facilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, attendance records, performance reports, and activity schedules.
- Coordinate with school management for sports events and extracurricular activities.
- Encourage students to adopt healthy lifestyles and participate actively in physical activities.
- Ensure proper use and storage of sports equipment after each session.
- Assist in organizing school assemblies, events, and other activities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.).
- Relevant teaching certification is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school (preferred).
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and coaching skills may also apply.

- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Good organizational and event management abilities.
- First Aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
