The Welding and Construction Supervisor will oversee all welding and construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams, equipment, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate welding and construction crews on-site.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Inspect welding work, structural assemblies, and construction activities for accuracy and durability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to welders and construction workers.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain records of materials, equipment usage, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce proper use of PPE.
- Manage inventory of welding consumables, tools, and construction materials.
- Report project status, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
