Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage relationships with clients and real estate brokers/channel partners. The role involves generating sales opportunities, conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, maintaining broker networks, and driving property sales through effective relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits, property tours, and meetings.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client engagement.
Broker & Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and consultants.
- Regularly engage with brokers to generate qualified leads and referrals.
- Conduct broker meetings, project briefings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, pricing, inventory availability, and offers.
- Resolve broker queries and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Track broker performance and support channel partner growth initiatives.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and broker partnerships.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in deal closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, finance, legal, and customer support.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain customer and broker databases with updated records.
- Prepare sales reports, lead status reports, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, broker management, or client relationship management.
- Experience working with residential, commercial, or luxury real estate projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
