We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to manage IndiaMART inquiries, customer follow-ups, and online sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IndiaMART portal and incoming inquiries
- Follow up with customers via call, WhatsApp & email
- Share quotations and product details
- Update product listings and catalogs on IndiaMART
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch & accounts teams
- Maintain inquiry and customer records
Requirements
- Experience in IndiaMART handling / E-commerce sales
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Sales-oriented approach and customer handling ability
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
